The apartment's stunning decor and fusion of modern and character left us speechless. The attention to detail was mind-blowing, providing everything we could possibly need, from toothpaste to breakfast supplies. The host, Javier, was fantastic, guiding us to the commercial area and rescuing us when we got lost. Perfect location for those traveling to/from Bilbao, just 5 minutes from the port, yet quiet with nearby restaurants and shops. Parking available.

We had a fantastic stay at this house. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, including breakfast supplies, a complimentary bottle of wine, and even nappies and towels for our children. The village is picturesque, and the beach is only a 6-minute drive away. The host, Javier, was attentive and gave great recommendations. The room at Chaoetxea was awesome! It had 2 bathrooms with showers, which was great for me and my friends. We didn't have to wait in line to freshen up after partying all night.
Honestly, I didn't like one thing - the wifi was a bit slow. But, hey, maybe others won't mind it.

The hiking trails were a real adventure, with stunning views and hidden treasures along the way. We also enjoyed some exciting diving in the crystal clear waters of the nearby coast. And for the fishing enthusiasts in our family, there were plenty of great spots to cast a line and reel in some big catches. The location was perfect for outdoor activities, making our stay at Chaoetxea unforgettable.
My children wanted more outdoor play areas for the kids.

Absolutely stunning location in the beautiful hills above the ferry port. Conveniently located just a short drive away from the port, perfect for catching an early ferry. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything you could possibly need, from breakfast supplies to toiletries. The attention to detail in the accommodation was exceptional. , there is a lovely nearby beach to enjoy.
Our stay was far too short to fully explore and enjoy the area. The GPS had a bit of trouble finding the place, but it's actually easier to get to than it thinks.
